Click the Book Now button on the homepage or in the navigation. Fill in your name, phone number, preferred date and time slot, the circuit you want, and the number of persons. Once submitted, we'll confirm your booking via WhatsApp within a few minutes.
Tours run daily from 10:00 to 20:00, in hourly slots. When you select a date, available time slots are shown automatically. If a slot is full it will be marked and you can pick another time.
No payment is required at the time of booking. We confirm your reservation first, and payment is made directly to your guide on the day of the tour. We accept cash and card.
Yes. After submitting the form you'll receive a unique booking reference (e.g. TUK-XXXXXXXX). Save it β you'll need it if you want to cancel. We will also contact you via WhatsApp to confirm all details.
Go to our Cancellation Page and enter your booking reference (TUK-XXXXXXXX). Fill in the short form, select a reason, and submit. Your slot will be freed immediately.
Your reference is shown on screen immediately after booking (e.g. TUK-XXXXXXXX). Click it to copy. If you forgot, contact us on WhatsApp with your name and date.
We ask that you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled tour so your guide isn't left waiting. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.
Your driver will come to the address or landmark you provided at booking. The default meeting spot is Corniche El Hank, near the Hassan II Mosque entrance. Look for the yellow TukTuk with the Morocco In A E-Tuk logo.
Your guide will arrive in a branded yellow electric TukTuk and will contact you via WhatsApp when they are 5 minutes away. They'll have your name and will greet you personally.
If your driver hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it immediately. We take punctuality seriously.
Yes! Add your hotel name, address, or a nearby landmark in the Notes field when booking. Our driver will come directly to you anywhere in the Casablanca city centre.

Our electric TukTuks are capped at 25 km/h β the legal limit for electric vehicles in Morocco. This keeps you safe while still giving you a full city experience.
All passengers are provided with a clean helmet before departure. TukTuks are open-air vehicles β please keep hands and arms inside at all times.
Every guide holds a valid Moroccan driving licence and has completed a safety training course specific to electric TukTuks and Casablanca traffic.
Tours may be adjusted or rescheduled in case of heavy rain or strong winds. Your guide will contact you in advance and offer a full rebook at no extra cost.
All TukTuks follow pre-approved city routes and our team monitors tours in real time. If anything goes wrong, help is always close.
